The fees we charge depend primarily on your chosen payment or payout method, as well as the blockchain verification/mining costs at the time of the transaction.
Fina Innovate is available in more than 50 countries. You can view the list of unsupported countries here.
The KYC verification process usually takes less than 10 minutes, although in some cases it may take up to the next business day. The time it takes to complete KYC verification can vary depending on the validity and completeness of your documentation and the number of requests sent. You can read more in detail.
The time it takes to receive cryptocurrency in your wallet after initiating a purchase depends on the following factors: how long it takes you to make the payment, your chosen payment method, and the blockchain transaction processing time for your crypto asset. However, the transaction usually takes no longer than 1 minute.
Once your transaction has started processing, you'll receive an email notification. You'll get another email confirmation once the transaction is complete, which will include all the transaction details and a link to your receipt. If you haven't received this email yet, don't worry—your purchase is likely still processing, and the email will be sent as soon as it's finished.
If a transaction doesn't go through, you'll also receive a transaction receipt email with information about the failed attempt, the reasons for it, and instructions on what to do next.
If your crypto purchases are being declined, it may be due to your bank's policies regarding cryptocurrency transactions. Some banks block crypto-related transactions either as a general policy or based on the transaction amount, often due to an anti-crypto stance.
When Fina Innovate detects a card issued by such a bank, we'll display an error message: "This card is not supported for cryptocurrency purchases. Please provide another card."
There could be several reasons why your card payment isn't going through. Here are some of the most common issues:
The total time it takes to sell cryptocurrency depends on how long it takes you to transfer the crypto and how long the blockchain takes to process and confirm your transfer.
Yes, we work with B2B clients. If you're interested in business solutions, please contact our sales team. We'd be happy to discuss your needs and see if we can create a custom solution for you.
Fina Innovate's mission is to make buying cryptocurrency simple and accessible, which is why we support a range of popular payment methods, from debit and credit cards to bank transfers. We are also constantly adding new payment options.
Payment Method | Estimated Settlement Time | Available In |
Simple Bank Transfer | 10–20 minutes | Europe |
Bank Transfer (SWIFT) | Up to 7 business days | Globally |
Credit Cards (Visa or Mastercard only) | Up to 5 minutes | Globally |
Debit Cards (Visa or Mastercard only) | Up to 5 minutes | Globally |
Some banks may require a longer period of 6-8 business days for settlement. Additionally, European bank payments conducted via SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) operate during 5-6 settlement sessions throughout the day. It is worth noting that not all banks use every session to process payments.
Unfortunately, we do not currently support American Express, Diners Club, or cards from any other issuers. This restriction also applies to the underlying cards used for payment services like Apple Pay.
The list of supported crypto assets that you can buy or sell depends on your country/region and can be found below. We are constantly adding new assets and blockchain networks, so check back often for new additions. You can view the full list [here].
The fiat currencies we support for buying or selling cryptocurrencies can be found [here]. We are continually working to expand our support for other fiat currencies, so please watch for new additions.
Please note that when making purchases in a currency other than the one your payment method is denominated in, your bank may charge a currency conversion fee. For example, if you are buying cryptocurrency in Brazil, you can pay for the purchase in Brazilian Reals using a BRL-denominated card, or you can make an international payment in US Dollars.
